I FRANCIS MADDOCKS of the Old Kent Road near the Turks Road in Market Gardner being sound mind do make this my last Will & Testmanet as follows.

After paying my just deps Hundred pounds I leave to my Son ffrancis Maddocks for the benifott of my Daughter Mary my Daughter Sarah & my Son John thi Store/Stock & Suplyments of whatever Discription during the term of my lease for thare sole use benifott the S/L ---- expiring & the imploment valued with this unexpired term of the lease of my dwelling house.

It is my wish that my son ffrancis upon paying such valuation shall remain on the premises the sum _____ to be divided share & share alike among my children ~ that is to Samuel Richard William ffrancis John Elizabeth Mary Ann Abigall & Sarah Maddocks the ffurniture Bed & Table Si___ in my Dwelling .

And I will to my son ffrancis my Son John my Daughter Mary & my Daughter Sarah Maddocks Individually
